What Ziggyzee is

Ziggyzee is an AI marketing mentor for small businesses. It learns about your business, suggests practical marketing actions, helps you write things and tracks your progress.

Ziggyzee gives guidance, not guarantees. Its replies are written by AI and can sometimes be wrong, out of date or not right for your situation, so check anything important before you rely on it. You decide what to do, and results depend on many things outside our control. Ziggyzee doesn't give legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice; speak to a qualified professional for those.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and use Ziggyzee for your business.
• Give us accurate details and keep your password private.
• An account is for one person. Don't share your login.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial, with no card needed. The trial has daily limits on messages and tasks. When it ends, chatting with Ziggyzee pauses until you choose a plan; your business details, tasks and files stay in your account.

Plans and payment

• Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page before you subscribe. Payments are taken by Stripe.
• Your plan renews automatically each month (or each year, if you choose annual) until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, we'll let you know and give you time to update your card before access is paused.
• If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you, so you can cancel first if you want to.

Fair use

Ziggyzee is built to help you take action, not to chat all day, so every plan has a daily message limit, shown in the app. We may also limit use that puts unusual strain on the service or looks automated.

Using Ziggyzee properly

Please don't use Ziggyzee to:

• break the law or help anyone else break it
• create content that is hateful, harassing, misleading, sexually explicit or harmful
• upload anything you don't have the right to use
• try to get around limits, break the app, or access other people's accounts
• copy, resell or build a competing product from Ziggyzee or its content

If you do, we may pause or close your account. Where it's fair to, we'll warn you first.

Your content and ours

• Your business details, files and anything you write stay yours. You let us store and use them only to run Ziggyzee for you.
• You can use the drafts and plans Ziggyzee writes for you in your business however you like.
• Ziggyzee itself, including the app, its design, the START and GROW frameworks and our marketing knowledge library, belongs to Sole Marketing.

How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and availability

We're always improving Ziggyzee, so features may change. We aim to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will never be unavailable, for example during maintenance. If we ever stop offering Ziggyzee, we'll give you notice and a way to get a copy of your information.

Our responsibility to you

• Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
• Because Ziggyzee is a business tool, we're not responsible for lost profits, lost sales, lost business or lost opportunities, or for decisions you make based on its guidance.
• Otherwise, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened.

Ending your account

You can stop using Ziggyzee at any time. To close your account and have your information deleted, email hello@solemarketing.co.uk. We can close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date. For important changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Ziggyzee after that, the new terms apply.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you have a problem, please email hello@solemarketing.co.uk first; we'll do our best to sort it out.
